Mission
Bringing the art of dance with a distinctive expression of hope to community events. RDC is a non-competitive, non-profit organization that empowers youth to skillfully and creatively express their passion for the arts to make a positive impact on other young people through inspiration and service.
Vision
RDC instills the significance of meaningful influence through performance and service. By providing an encouraging studio and stage environment that cultivates discipline, good character, generosity and the importance of volunteering, RDC teaches the value of sharing their gift and serving the community.
